Getting started

  1. Create a game day

Tap “New game day”, enter a name and – when you know them – date, venue, meeting, briefing and finish times, the playing fields and an optional fee per player. Or tap “Load example game day” to look around first.

  2. Add the rounds

On the Schedule tab tap “Add round”, choose a scenario, check the suggested start time, pick a field and the armband colours. Repeat for each round; warnings show overlaps on the same field.

  3. Register the groups

On the Groups tab tap “Register a group” and enter the group name, contact, number of players and armband colour.

  4. Share the programme

Tap the share icon in the game day header and send the programme as text to your group chat, or as a PDF.

  5. Run the day

On the Check-in tab tick off each group as it arrives. Mark rounds as played with the flag button and use “Shift times” if the day runs late.

Common questions

How is the next start time suggested?

After the end of the last round that is not skipped, plus the changeover time from More → Settings (10 minutes unless you change it), rounded up to five minutes. The first round is suggested 20 minutes after the briefing.

What counts as a field clash?

Two rounds that are not skipped, on the same field, whose times overlap. Rounds on different fields may run in parallel; the schedule then says “Runs in parallel”.

A group came with fewer players. What do I do?

On the Check-in tab tap “Fewer players”, set the number on site and save. Fee totals then use the number of players who came.

I checked in the wrong group.

Tap “Undo” in the message at the bottom, or open the group on the Check-in tab and tap “Reset to expected”.

Can I change the safety text?

Yes. The club rules are your own text: edit them per game day, and set the text for new game days in More → Settings.

Why can’t I edit a built-in scenario?

Built-in scenarios stay as they are so you can always go back to them. Tap “Duplicate” on the scenario and edit your copy.

How do I move my data to a new phone?

More → Data and backup → Share or save the backup file. On the new phone install the app and use “Import backup”.

How do I delete my data?

Delete single items in the app, use More → Data and backup → Delete all data, or uninstall the app.
